The aftertaste on this oolong lingers way longer than the stuff I used to buy, almost a sweetness that comes back a minute later. Semi-oxidised seems to hit the sweet spot for me, rich but not as heavy as a black tea.

I've been drinking this every morning for a week and the semi-oxidised character really comes through — it's rich without being bitter, even when I accidentally oversteep it. The lasting finish is the part I notice most, it hangs around pleasantly for a good while after the cup's gone.

The aftertaste on this oolong really lingers, which I wasn't expecting from a loose leaf at this price. I've been brewing it gongfu style and getting several solid steeps out of the same leaves.
