薑茶散裝茶

The dried ginger root pieces are surprisingly chunky, so one teaspoon goes a long way and the heat actually builds instead of fading out. I drink it after dinner since there's no caffeine to keep me up.

I've been drinking a cup of this every night after dinner and it really helps settle my stomach. The pieces are generous chunks of actual root, not dusty powder, and since it's caffeine free I can have it late without lying awake.

The dried ginger root pieces smell sharp and spicy as soon as I open the bag, way fresher than the powdered stuff I used to keep in the pantry. Steeping a spoonful for about five minutes gives a warm, caffeine-free cup that settles my stomach after a heavy dinner.
