I was skeptical about loose leaf anything, but steeping a teaspoon of this while I pump has become my little ritual. The fennel and caraway give it a mild, almost sweet taste, nothing like the bitter stuff I tried before. My supply went from barely 2oz to 4oz a session within a week.

The fenugreek and fennel blend is what sold me, and after about a week of drinking a cup each evening my supply noticeably picked up. Taste is mild and slightly licorice-y, which I actually don't mind with a little honey.

I was a little worried about supply around week three, but after a few days of drinking this I noticed a real difference. The fenugreek and caraway come through gently and it doesn't taste bitter like I expected from a loose leaf blend.
