The chaste tree and dong quai blend is what sold me, and after a couple months my cycle has been noticeably more predictable. The loose leaf steeps into a mild, earthy cup that doesn't need sweetener.

I've been drinking this every morning for about six weeks now and the difference in my cycle is honestly noticeable. The withania gives it a mild earthy taste that took a few cups to get used to, but now I actually look forward to it.

The dong quai and chaste tree blend has become my nightly ritual, steeped for about five minutes while I wind down. Three weeks in, my cycle feels more predictable than it has in years. Earthy, slightly bitter on its own, so I add a bit of honey.
