Steeped a teaspoon for about four minutes and the warming herbs settled my usual racing thoughts before bed. As someone who runs cold and scattered, this blend feels made for my constitution.

The warming spices in this blend are exactly what I needed for my cold hands and feet in winter. I steep it for about five minutes and the ginger and cinnamon come through without being overpowering. It's become my nightly ritual before bed.

The blend is warm and slightly sweet, which I didn't expect from an herbal tea. Took a while to get the leaf-to-water ratio right since there's no scoop included, but once I did it became a nice evening ritual.
