The white glaze makes the amber color of my black tea really pop against it. It's smaller than my old mug, which is actually perfect for gongfu sessions.

The white glaze really makes the amber color of my oolong pop, which is exactly why I wanted a plain cup. It's smaller than my old mug, so I actually sip slower instead of gulping it cold.
