I was skeptical about the tulsi at first, but the flavor grew on me by the third cup. Now it's part of my morning ritual before I sit down to meditate.

Bacopa was the herb I was most curious about and it's definitely in there, giving the cup a grounding quality I didn't expect from a tea. I've been drinking it most evenings instead of scrolling my phone, and it's become the calmest half hour of my day.

The tulsi comes through first with a soft, almost peppery finish, and I've been sipping a cup every evening before winding down. It's become the quietest part of my day, which is exactly what I wanted from a blend like this.
