白茶散茶

The buds and newest leaves in this batch are incredibly uniform, you can tell each one was picked by hand. Brews up a pale, clean liquor that's smooth from the first sip to the last steep.

The leaves are so delicate and whole, not broken bits like some other white teas I've tried. A perfect, mild cup with none of the bitterness you sometimes get.

Brewed a cup this morning and was surprised by how sweet and smooth it is without any added sugar. The fact that it’s hand-picked really shows in the clean, delicate flavor.
