呼吸道金字塔茶包

The turmeric gives it a warm, earthy taste that I actually look forward to, and the pyramid bags let the echinacea and elderflower steep properly instead of just sitting there like flat paper ones. Two cups a day through cold season and my throat feels far less scratchy.

I've been drinking this every evening since a bad chest cold left me coughing for weeks, and the echinacea and elderflower combo actually feels soothing on my throat. The pyramid bags let the herbs open up way more than my old flat ones did.
