新陳代謝金字塔茶包

The cinnamon comes through warm without being overpowering, and I like that gymnema is actually in the ingredient list instead of just being hinted at on the box. Three weeks in and my afternoon energy dip feels less brutal, so I'll keep reordering.

I've been drinking a cup after lunch for about three weeks now and it's become a nice little ritual. The gymnema gives it an earthy finish that took a few sips to get used to, but now I actually look forward to it.

The cinnamon in this blend is what sold me, and it doesn't disappoint — warm and a little sweet without needing any honey. I have a cup mid-morning instead of a second coffee now, and my afternoons feel less sluggish.
