Trà lá rời chai cacao

The star anise and cardamom really come through once it steeps, and the cacao rounds out the spice instead of dominating it. I love that it’s organic too, so I don’t mind having a second cup in the evening.

I’ve been steeping this every afternoon and the star anise really comes through first, then the cacao smooths it all out. The loose leaves are generous and give a deep, rich cup that doesn’t turn bitter even after five minutes.
