The blend of herbs in this one is noticeably smoother than the generic pitta mixes I've tried. It's become my go-to when I'm wound up after a long day. Genuinely soothing without tasting medicinal.

The fennel and coriander come through first, then a slow warmth that lingers without being spicy. I've been drinking it after lunch instead of coffee and it's calmed the wired, scattered feeling I usually get mid-afternoon. Steeping it loose takes an extra minute but it's worth it.

I picked this up after a friend mentioned Ayurvedic blends, and the fennel and coriander notes are surprisingly sweet without any added flavoring. Steeping it for about four minutes gives a smooth cup that doesn't turn bitter if I forget and leave it a bit longer.
