ชาผ่อนคลายใบหลวม

The lavender in this blend is what sold me, it's floral without being soapy like some other chamomile mixes I've tried. Steeping a pot around 8pm has become my signal to finally unwind, and I'm asleep way faster than before.

I've been drinking a cup of this before bed for about two weeks and I'm genuinely sleeping better. The lemon balm comes through nicely without the chamomile taking over, which is usually my problem with calming blends.

The lavender in this blend is what sold me, and it's subtle enough that it doesn't taste like soap. I steep a cup around 8pm and by the time I'm done with it, my shoulders have actually dropped. The loose leaves are a bit finer than I expected so a fine mesh strainer helps.
