Matchaskål liten

The speckle glaze has this subtle texture that makes whisking feel more tactile, and it's shallow enough that my chasen doesn't clang against the bottom. Handmade in Japan and you can tell — the rim isn't perfectly uniform, which I actually like.

The small size is actually ideal for a single serving of matcha, and the bowl feels substantial in my hands without being heavy. The speckle glaze makes each bowl look slightly unique, which I appreciate.

The speckle glaze has a lovely handmade look and feels smooth against my fingers when I whisk my morning matcha. This small size is just right for one serving, and it's held up great after several weeks of daily use.
