Chasaku matchasked

The bamboo has a nice weight to it and doesn't flex when I dig into a full tin. I usually eyeball my matcha, so actually measuring out one scoop per bowl has made my mornings way more consistent.

Scooping exactly one rounded spoonful per bowl has made my matcha way more consistent than eyeballing it with a kitchen spoon. The bamboo is light enough that it doesn't clump the powder, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

Scooping out exactly one bowl's worth of matcha used to be guesswork with a regular spoon, but this little bamboo scoop gets it right every time. The edge is thin enough to dig into the tin without flinging powder everywhere.
