The dark rim on this bowl is such a nice detail, and the off-white glaze feels smooth without looking factory-made. Handmade in Japan, so mine has a slightly uneven lip that I actually like. It holds a good-sized whisk and the matcha doesn't clump the way it did in my old bowl.
