Genmaicha løsbladte

The puffed brown rice adds this toasty, nutty flavor that I wasn't expecting but now can't get enough of. It's smooth enough to drink plain but also holds up well with a splash of milk. Already halfway through my second bag.

The stone ground matcha gives this such a deeper, richer flavor than the genmaicha I used to buy — it's almost creamy. I've been drinking it every morning instead of coffee for two weeks.

The matcha mixed in gives the cup a thicker, creamier body than plain sencha, and it never turns bitter even when I forget the bag for a few extra minutes. I've been drinking it every afternoon instead of coffee.
