Aurora K. ★★★★★

The buds are so fuzzy and pale, you can tell they were hand-picked. Two minutes in 175-degree water gives a sweet, almost melon-like cup with zero bitterness. Worth the price for a once-a-year treat.

Stella ★★★★★

I steeped these at 175 degrees for about two minutes and got a cup that's honey-sweet with almost no bitterness. Knowing it's hand-picked on just a few days a year makes the price easier to swallow.

Owen ★★★★★

The buds are all intact and covered in that silvery fuzz, which tells you right away how carefully it was hand-picked. It's the sweetest, most delicate white tea I've had, no bitterness even when I forget and let it steep too long. Worth the price for the few days a year this stuff is even harvested
