Schlaf-Dose

Two weeks in and I'm actually falling asleep before midnight for once, which never happens. The lavender comes through gently rather than tasting like a perfume bottle, and the canister itself looks nice enough to leave sitting out on the counter.

I’ve been scooping this into my nightly tea for two weeks now and my sleep tracker is actually showing longer deep sleep. The ceramic lid seals tight enough that the calming scent stays put until I open it.

I was skeptical about sleep aids, but this ceramic canister's blend of valerian and lavender has genuinely helped me wind down faster at night. The herbs smell fresh every time I open the lid, and I've been sleeping deeper since I started using it before bed.
