Citrongræs og ingefær løsbladste

The lemongrass comes through so bright and clean, and the ginger adds just enough warmth without being spicy. I've been steeping a big spoonful in my teapot most afternoons, and it settles my stomach every time.

The lemongrass comes through so bright and clean that I've mostly stopped reaching for my afternoon coffee. Steeping a rounded teaspoon for about four minutes gives a light golden cup that never turns bitter, even when I forget and leave the leaves in.

I've been drinking this every evening after dinner and it genuinely helps settle my stomach. The ginger has a real warmth to it, not that weak powdered stuff, and since it's caffeine free I can have a cup before bed without lying awake.
